Airlines out passengers--not that there's anything wrong with that

It gets worse. The European Commission just voted to give access on passengers' sexual orientations to the US Department of Homeland Security.

Why doesn't this upset anyone?

Wow that's just plain old scary. How could a person's sexuality in any way affect US security? I can only imagine that pride week is a very intense/busy time for Homeland Security personnel.
